Overview
A full design-to-order platform for the Polish market leader in container buildings. Users assemble multi-storey structures from a catalogue of container modules in a 2D plan editor, customise openings (doors, windows) and accessories (heating, sockets, lighting), then inspect the result in real-time 3D. The system generates bills of materials and live quotes, and handles the complete order flow — anonymous visitors can design freely, while logged-in dealers see their own individual price lists.
The Challenge
Container buildings are combinatorially complex: multiple floors, dozens of module types, per-wall openings and accessories — and every design must stay structurally valid and instantly priceable. The platform also had to serve two audiences at once: anonymous prospects designing without a login, and dealers with negotiated per-account pricing, order history, and client management.
The Solution
Built a dual-view editor: a 2D floor-plan mode for fast, precise layout work with a searchable module catalogue and technical data sheets, and a synchronised 3D mode for walkthrough-style visual verification, floor by floor. Every change updates the bill of materials and quote in real time. On top of the configurator sits a dealer back office: customer management, order management, and quoting — turning a visual tool into the company's core sales channel.
