Przegląd
A VR training application that teaches new employees how to operate production equipment at a pharmaceutical plant. The client recruits workers from India and needed them to arrive already familiar with the line — so the entire production floor was recreated in VR, with interactive, step-by-step operating procedures performed using motion controllers.
Wyzwanie
Training on a live pharmaceutical line is expensive and risky: equipment can't simply be handed over to beginners, and every hour of on-site onboarding costs production time. With operators recruited abroad, the client needed them trained before relocation — without access to the physical plant.
Rozwiązanie
Recreated the production hall and its equipment as a detailed 3D environment and built hands-on VR training procedures on top of it: trainees walk the floor, operate machines, handle trays and samples, and follow guided task sequences with their controllers. Mistakes cost nothing — repetition is free, and trainees can complete the course from anywhere before their first shift.
